Instructions for PAWS Members
Feeding the dogs (happens on alternate days)¶

Before feeding, please check the packet labels to ensure proper food distribution.

Back Dogs: One 5 kg pack and 1/8th of a 4 kg (0.5 kg) pack — Place it near the end footpath towards the MRD, near the barricade.

Kariya: 1/8th of a 4 kg (0.5 kg) pack (usually found at the back) — You can leave his food near the basketball court.

Scared Dogs at the front: 3/4th of a 4 kg (3 kg) pack — Place it near the old spot where Kariya used to stay. Look for the old car seat near the front of the parking lot, close to the guard room where the food is stored.

Front Dogs: 2 packs (8 kg) — Place the remaining food on the platform near the cricket ground.

Medical Emergencies¶
If you spot an injured dog:
1. Do not panic. Approach slowly.
2. Send a text the Animal Welfare Whatsapp group, with a photo and location of the dog.
3. Wait for someone from the team to arrive.
Reporting¶
- Use the WhatsApp group to report any issues.
Code of Conduct¶
- Be polite to other students/staff who may have concerns.
- Do not engage in arguments; report conflicts to the Core Team.
